Full Groom Transformation
$65–$90American Pit Bull Terriers have a short, dense single coat that sheds consistently and benefits from professional de-shedding treatments every six to eight weeks. Duke's overgrown nails were the primary concern — they had grown long enough to cause the characteristic splaying of the toes visible in the before photo. Nails overgrown to this degree cannot be corrected in a single session without cutting into the quick; we performed an initial grinding to begin the process and recommended a four-week follow-up. White patches were brightened with a color-safe treatment. De-shedding bath and high-velocity blow-dry removed the accumulated loose coat. Pit Bulls are highly cooperative grooming subjects in our experience — calm and responsive throughout.
Before
Duke arrived with a short, muscular coat in need of a de-shedding treatment, nails significantly overgrown from a long gap between appointments, and some environmental staining on his white patches.
After
Thorough de-shedding, nails ground down incrementally, white patches brightened with color-safe treatment. Duke clean, polished, and moving comfortably.
